Paula is a strategic facilitator, board member, and dedicated community volunteer, actively engaged in the education, faith, and social service sectors. She brings to these roles a wealth of experience and insight, drawn from more than two decades of leadership as COO and CEO of large, complex human services organizations.

An award-winning leader, Paula is known for her ability to guide people and organizations toward vibrant, sustainable futures. Her approach is grounded in collaboration, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to community impact.

Originally from the Midwest, Paula now calls the Dallas-Fort Worth area home. Outside of her professional and volunteer work, she enjoys playing classical and jazz piano, studying Spanish, and staying active with pickleball.
